Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates 

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Shipping rates vary according to the product type, size, weight, production location and your destination location.

At present we do not offer multiple tiers of shipping for our products. 

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at rob@fairtopia.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All products at Fairtopia are made to order. This means each photograph is custom printed, each canvas custom stretched and each frame custom built to match your individual selection. Consequently, because each item is unique, all purchases are considered FINAL SALE and NON-RETURNABLE

Damaged Products

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please follow the below steps as soon as possible. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Fairtopia Damaged Product Replacement Steps

  1. Take digital photographs of the damaged item  that clearly show shipping damage. Be sure to  take a photo of any damage to the packaging as well.
  2. Email your photo(s) and explanation to rob@fairtopia.co with the word “Damage” and your order number in the subject line. 
  3. Kindly send your email to me no later than 5 days from the day you received your package. 

Fairtopia Damaged Product Replacement Assessment

Upon receipt of your product replacement request, we will review the submission. If deemed legitimate, a replacement will be sent matching the exact specifications of the original.
