RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
At Fairtopia, I take pride in knowing my photographs will be printed and optionally framed with a high degree of quality and craftsmanship. I seek out only highly reputable partners and always create test-order products to ensure they meet desired quality standards. And because each photo and frame combo available is unique (printed/framed to your specifications), all products are FINAL SALE and NON-RETURNABLE.Ā
Damaged ItemsĀ
If your print or frame was somehow damaged during shipping to your location, you may request a replacement using the steps below:
- Take digital photos that clearly show shipping damage. Be sure to take photos of both the product and the packaging. Photos of damaged print / frame must be taken that clearly show shipping damage.
- Email your photo(s) and explanation to rob@fairtopia.co with the word āDamageā and your order number in the subject line.Ā
- Kindly send your email no later than 5 days from the day you received your package.Ā
Upon receipt your photos(s) and description, I'll review the submission and a replacement will be sent matching the exact specifications of the original.Ā
Change of Delivery Address
Any change of delivery address will be charged in accordance with shippers policies and distance limits.
Shipping is Non-Refundable
If you decide to refuse delivery of your ordered item, we reserve the right to charge your credit card in the amount of the return shipping charges charged to us by the shipper.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Photo print and frame orders are often processed within minutes of your order. If you make a mistake or need to cancel, please contact us at info@fairtopia.com within 1-2 hours of your order submission. Anything past this 1-2 hour window may have been started and consequently, cannot be stopped or discarded. After this period, your order can not be changed, cancelled returned or refunded.Ā
Pricing
All prices in our website catalogs are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws.Ā
