What are my payment options?

We accept most major credit and debit cards like Mastercard, Visa, and Discover Card, as well as popular third-party payment providers like Google Pay, Apple Pay, and others. Current payment options are presented when completing your order.

Does the image on the website accurately represent the finished artwork?

Yes, I've worked hard with our printing partner to maintain the original photographic detail and color likeness. However, in some cases, the online image will differ slightly from the one that arrives at your door in terms of nuanced color, shading, etc. 

What are my shipping options?

Most products have only one means of shipment. The method and associated shipping cost will be quoted at checkout

What is Fairtopia's return policy?

At Fairtopia, all products are final sale and non-returnable. We take great care in ensuring the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and each photo and frame combo is unique and printed to your specifications. Similarly, each apparel item is custom produced for your order and consequently may not be returned.

What should I do if my print or frame arrives damaged?

If your print or frame is damaged during shipping, please follow these steps:

1. Take photos of the damaged print or frame and the damaged packaging that clearly shows the shipping damage.
2. Email the photos and a description of the damage to rob@fairtopia.co with the subject line "Damage" and your order number.
3. Send the email within 5 days of receiving your package.

Once we receive your photos and description, we will review the submission and send you a replacement matching the exact specifications of the original.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?

Any change of delivery address will be charged in accordance with the shipper's policies and distance limits. Send your request to rob@fairtopia.co and I'll find out if we can change the delivery address and if there are any additional charges. 

Is shipping refundable?

No, shipping charges are non-refundable. If you decide to refuse delivery of your ordered item, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the return shipping charges incurred by us.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Fairtopia's orders are often processed quickly -- sometimes within just an hour or two. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please send an email to rob@fairtopia.co within 1-2 hours of submitting your order (and it would be a good idea to send a text message to 6012919158) to have the best chance of making the change. Orders that have already been processed cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.

What currency are the prices listed in?

All prices on our website catalogs are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change. Please note that prices are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws.
